Items eligible for return includes apparel, mugs, coffee purchased as ongoing subscriptions, bags of defective roasted coffee, and any brewing equipment sold by Alicia's Coffee.
Items not eligible for return include any Alicia's Coffee product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, and items where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For Alicia's Coffee products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
Alicia's Coffee maintains a 15 day return policy for all eligible items and orders. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15 day return window is from the date the carrier delivers your item to the date you ship it to Alicia's Coffee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund and we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's processing time and policies.
